Selling Process
Once our Listings Consultant has given you a market appraisal and a price has been agreed upon, we will ask you to sign our Terms and Conditions to formally instruct us in the sale of your property. Our fee is set on a sliding scale basis, depending on the price of the property.
We will then prepare A4 property particulars which will be mailed out to our database of potential purchasers. These particulars will also appear in our window display and on our website, which is linked to our UK and overseas offices.
Where possible, we will request placing a "For Sale" board on your property as these prove highly effective.
