About Us
Cluttons LLP is a limited liability partnership of chartered surveyors. Although proud of its long history (since 1765), Cluttons LLP is a forward-looking, dynamic and diverse business, now boasting a total complement of over 600 people.
Cluttons (Marbella) is the latest addition to the Cluttons LLP network, comprising 25 UK offices, 5 in the Middle East, additional representation in South Africa and now with office in Marbella in Southern Spain.
The business within Spain stemmed initially from The Fielding Partnership, set up some 20 years ago by Geoffrey Fielding. In 2001 The Fielding Partnership traded as Hamptons Fielding International until 2005 with the sale of the Hamptons Group to a Singapore based company resulting in the end of our franchise.
We are now very proud to be associated with Cluttons LLP, a well respected firm of chartered surveyors in the UK with a long established history. I am pleased to announce that our core team of highly dedicated professionals remains unchanged, showing a strong degree of loyalty and belief in the firm.
We offer a wide range of professional property services, primarily in residential and commercial agency, RICS standard valuations and surveys. In addition we offer full consultancy services across all aspects of the commercial, residential and rural sectors, for both investors and occupiers.
